“ After having just returned from San Jose del Cabo in Mexico and eating street tacos for every meal except breakfast, I had some serious doubts about whether Torchy's was going to satisfy my Taco tooth. Well it turned out that I shouldn't have worried. These tacos, especially the more 'street' style ones, were freaking AWESOME. I had 3 different ones and they were all just so tasty and amazing. The place itself is pretty cool inside, the workers are friendly and also seem to know the menu items personally (I know I would if I worked there because DANG THEY ARE GOOD)! I haven't gotten this excited about Tacos in the Kansas City area in like, well, maybe ever. AND it's a chain! Who knew a chain could do tacos this good!!? ”
“ It's been awhile since I have been here and I forgot how good these tacos are. I only got two tacos this time the republican and the Baja shrimp taco. They have so many other options plus a full bar. Defiantly going to have to come back when it's warmer and do the patio with friends. ”

“ Fast food tacos! Kind of like chipotle but tacos only and you don't really pick what's on your taco but the layout is similar hahaha. These are pretty large. 2 tacos is plenty! The trailer park taco was amazinggggg. I am drooling . But I also love fried chicken haha. I also tried the tipsy chicken taco which was really good as well. They come with plenty of sauces on the side too. Indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor doesn't have big tables for more then like 4 people though. But outdoor does. Really delicious. Can't wait to try the others!! ”
“ Brent's first time at Torchy's Tacos - this time on Ward Parkway in Kansas City. Torchy's is counter service but they also have a bar you can sit and order at as well. I just love the branding and details at Torchy's with their cute lil devil mascot. I got the sangria because it was on happy hour special for $5 and brent got a marg. Had to get the chips and queso which were delicious but I'm actually a guac girly! I'm a sucker for their trailer park taco and the green chile pork. My husband got the democrat and crossroads, fan favorites for sure. ”

And picking your choice of tacos is the hardest part...Republican or Democrat Taco? Fried Avocado Taco is also a fave...but you can't go wrong with shrimp. Love Torchy's! ”
“ I've always loved torchys for their quickness and unique taco creations. When you walk in you immediately feel like you been put into a new futuristic diner. There are disco-balls and red tile everywhere you look. They have a decently size patio to enjoy when the weather is nice as well. If you need a recommendation for there long list of tacos a safe bet is the Trailer Park. Make it trashy and you won't be sorry. Basically it adds their famous queso on top. You can never go wrong with more cheese. ”
“ Guys. Torchy's is NO JOKE! When I lived in Austin, I ate here once a week. I was so sad that KC didn't have them but now we do baby!!!! There's none like it. That's all I need to say! Everything on their menu is AMAZING. The Hillbilly Queso, the Guacamole, and the shrimp and salmon tacos is my go to order every time. The shrimp, perfect. The salmon, perfect. The dips, perfect. Plus the staff here is incredible. They know their stuff! If you're craving some good, Texas style tacos, this is the place to go. ”
